Fresh Cannabis Chimichurri
Makes about 2 cups
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup raw cannabis leaves, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, finely chopped
• 1 small shallot, finely chopped
• 4 garlic cloves. finely chopped
• 1 red jalapeño, seeds removed, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
• 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• 1 teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste
• 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
Directions
1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.* Salt and pepper to taste.
2. Serve on skirt steak or roast chicken!
*You can also blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor for a creamier dipping sauce that tastes incredible on empanadas.
