Stoned Fruit Smoothie Bowl
I've already done the avocado toast and green juice. Now a little something for those who are jumping aboard the sweet-tooth breakfast train--here's a stoned fruit smoothie bowl made with Sous Weed kief honey and all the sweetest stone fruit July has to offer.
We top it off with toasted whole hemp seeds, which are considered a "perfect protein" because they contain all 20 animo acids and 9 essential amino acids that our bodies cannot produce and is a powerhouse of vitamins and minerals. It's healthy, delicious, and will keep you looking and feeling cool this summer.
Stoned Fruit Smoothie Bowl
Serves 1
Ingredients:
• 1 frozen banana
• 1 peach or nectarine - halved, pitted
• 2 apricots, pitted
• 4 strawberries
• 1 tsp kief honey
• 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
• 1/4 cup coconut water
• 4 ice cubes
• 1 Tbsp toasted whole hemp seeds
• Coconut flakes
Directions:
1. Blend banana, 1/2 nectarine, 1 apricot, 3 strawberries, kief honey, yogurt, coconut water, and ice cubes until smooth.
2. Pour mixture into a bowl and top with 1/2 sliced nectarine, sliced apricot, strawberry, coconut flakes and toasted hemp seeds.
3. Enjoy!
